Imiquimod

Imiquimod is an immune response modifier that activates innate and adaptive antiviral immune pathways. It is used for treatment of selected dermatologic conditions caused by human papillomavirus and for certain superficial skin cancers and actinic lesions. Imiquimod is not a direct antiviral or cytotoxic drug.
