- For children and adolescents up to 70 kg body weight, the labeled regimen is initiation at a total daily dose of approximately 0.5 mg/kg, with titration after a minimum of 3 days to a target total daily dose of approximately 1.2 mg/kg, given either as a single morning dose or as evenly divided morning and late-afternoon/early-evening doses. - For children and adolescents over 70 kg body weight and for adults, the labeled regimen is initiation at a total daily dose of 40 mg, with titration after a minimum of 3 days to a target total daily dose of approximately 80 mg, given either as a single morning dose or as evenly divided morning and late-afternoon/early-evening doses.
